National Hug Day is on the 21st of January, and we need your help to SEND HUGS to families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.

Who is Barróg? 🐰💖

Barróg isn’t just any bunny—his name means hug in Irish, and for years, he’s been spreading love and warmth from the Ronald McDonald House to families all over Ireland. With his big cuddly heart, he’s here to remind us all how important a hug can be, especially when you're far from home.

How to Take Part:

1. Download one of our fun Barróg colouring sheets – we have three age categories.
2. Colour it in however you like – get creative!
3. Send your masterpiece to RMHC Ireland so it arrives during Hug Day Week (before Monday 26th).
