Join the 30 for 30 Challenge RMHC 2021

This New Year we are asking you to join us at RMHC and challenge yourself to exercise for 30 minutes every day for 30 days. Register with us and receive a finishers medal on completion. 

You may register as an individual or set this as a family goal.  Registration is €20. 

We even have our lovely Barróg joining in the fun! Each registration will help us to keep the house operating and families together. 

What is the 30 for 30 challenge?

Challenge yourself or your family to set aside 30 minutes every day to fulfil an activity of choice.  Perhaps this is a beginning to exercise so we recommend a gentle start, perhaps choosing to walk for 30 minutes.  Log it down and then repeat for 30 days. Simple, Register, participate and record.  Please feel free to send us your photographs to share with others.
