Irish Chefs helping to Keep Families Close

On the 2nd March 2019, Maurice Mc Geehan, Executive Chef at Airbnb, Niall Hill, Food Consultant & former Head of Food at Butler’s Pantry, Jonathan Keane, Executive Chef in The Lodge at Ashford Castle and Wildes Restaurant and Erik Van der Veken, Cacao Barry ambassador UK & Ireland & Technical advisor at Redmond Fine Foods will be working together, using local Irish produce, to create a 4 course menu celebrating Irish food and supporting The Ronald McDonald House Charity.

100 guests will enjoy Irish drinks paired with each dish, live entertainment and will have the chance to meet a few of the producers who are supporting the event and a couple ofThe Ronald McDonald House families and staff, who will be invited to tell their stories during the evening.

The fundraising dinner will take place at the Airbnb’s Warehouse Office, Dublin 2 on

Monday, 4th March 2019, at 7pm.

will be accepting donations until the 3rd of March 2019 and all proceeds will go to the charity.
