Dear Friends and Supporters,

I am always filled with immense gratitude for the unwavering commitment and dedication of our Board of Trustees, our Staff, our Volunteers, our Families and our many Supporters. Together, we have achieved remarkable milestones and made a positive impact on the lives of the families we serve.

Since we opened our doors in November 2004, we have provided a very valuable and necessary service for over 5,000 families from all over Ireland. It is not numbers that make our House a Home, it’s the people – the staff, the volunteers, the families, and the community. The warmth, the sharing of joy and sorrow, the listening ear and the supportive hug, the courage and the love make our House a Home.

Program Impact: Through your support, we care for 300+ Families annually and I know that we make a tangible difference in their lives each and every year.

Financial Stewardship: Thanks to the generous support of our many donors and supporters, we maintain strong financial health. Every euro entrusted to us is used efficiently and effectively to advance our mission, care for families and expand our reach.

Collaborations: Every year we forge meaningful partnerships with various companies across the island of Ireland. We engage with local businesses, government agencies, and fellow non-profits. These collaborations amplify our reach and allow us to address complex challenges together.

Governance: We remain committed to the highest standards of governance. We are committed to following the Governance Code as set out by the Charities Regulator. As committed members of Charities Institute Ireland, we are delighted to be awarded annually the Triple Lock standard for transparent reporting, good fundraising and governance.

Our vision: Year on year our vision remains clear: to continue to care for families at The Ronald McDonald House in Crumlin. We are committed to expanding our impact and are delighted to announce that our New 52-bedroom Ronald McDonald House alongside the New Children’s Hospital is progressing well and will be completed by Q3 2025.
