The Ronald McDonald House provides a home-away-from-home for 20 families of seriously ill children who are hospitalized or undergoing extended treatment at Our Lady’s Children Hospital, Crumlin. Since opening in Nov 04 the House has been “home” to almost 3,000 families from all over Ireland. Some have stayed for just a few nights, while others stay for 7 or 8 months. The annual running costs for The Ronald McDonald Houses exceeds €400,000. We receive no State Funding. It is our intention to build a new 53 Bedroom Ronald McDonald House beside The New National Children’s Hospital
